today cellgroup combined with 5.6. and zac preached. about pain. great message. =D let me put down the notes.

title: look up and not look down.what is pain?physical pain: an unpleasant feeling in a part of body.
emotional pain: unhappiness that you feel when something very upsetting happens.
1. pain is painful.2. pain makes us stronger.-2 cor 11:24-28
paul went thru so much pain. both physically and emotionally. He could have gave up, but he didnt. and that made him stronger.
3. pain test our faith in God.its so hard to trust in God in the midst of pain.
But God understands all that we go through.
4. when you are in pain, look up and not look down.don't look at your pains, looks at God's plans.
if He leads you to it, He will lead you thru it.
He is all and He is in all.

He lifted his eyes and committed everything to God.
we try to cure our own pains.
God wants us to lift our eyes.
5. pain breaks our spirit and outcomes the essence of pure worship.-psalm 51:17
